Hold the kettle bell in one arm and step forward with the leg on the same side as the arm, kneel down on that leg till your back legs knee pushes the floor.

Do these 3 exercises for as many reps s you can with 30 seconds rest between each. Once you’ve finished repeat 2-4 times.

Exercising is not enough if you want to get in shape because you also have to follow a balanced diet.

Try to eat as much fruit and veg as possible and drink plenty of water daily, instead of drinking sweet sodas.
